Power to Choose.

YOUNG ADULT TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM

Gemba Boise helps young adults—including those who are neurodivergent or on the autism spectrum—transition into adulthood by assessing their personality, values, motivators, purposes, and passions. Using this insight, we guide them in setting clear, meaningful goals for their future.

Transitioning to adulthood is not easy.

Gemba Boise is uniquely designed for young adults navigating this complex stage of life. We assesses personality types, values, motivators, purposes, and passions. With this valuable information, we help structure individualized paths that align with each young adult’s unique strengths and aspirations.

We recognize that neurodiversity plays an important role in how individuals grow, communicate, and set goals. Our approach is inclusive and supportive of different ways of thinking, learning, and engaging with the world. Gemba provides a space where neurodivergent young adults can thrive—not by changing who they are, but by building a life that fits.

Our process is also valuable in helping parents better understand and support their adult children on their life journey.

WHAT does GEMBA mean?

The Japanese definition of Gemba 現場 is “the actual place.”  In the business world, the definition refers to “the place where value is created.”

The Gemba Program located in Boise, Idaho is designed for 17-25 year olds who want to approach adulthood with a purposeful pace. Life moves at a fast pace and the transition to college and the working world is a big step. We want to join those young adults wanting to slow their pace, explore their interests, and find their purpose and path.
